“Our ‘true self’ emerges by fully experiencing and processing our emotions in the presence of a ‘true other’.”- Diana Fosha, developer of AEDP Psychotherapy
My Approach
I use insight-oriented and experiential modalities to tailor treatment to meet your individual needs. I incorporate theory and techniques primarily from psychodynamic psychotherapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT).
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
insight-oriented psychotherapy looks at how past experiences and relationships inform present thoughts, feelings and patterns of behavior
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)
a mind/body experiential therapy integrating attachment research, emotion theory, somatic work, and neuroscience of change
Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT)
experiential psychotherapy with roots in affective neuroscience and attachment theory
